Sinopsis:
Will Smith encarna a Ben, un agente del fisco americano que está deprimido y atormentado por los remordimientos de conciencia sobre errores de su pasado. Ben intentará compensar estos errores ayudando a los demás, pero cuando encuentra a Emily (Rosario Dawson), una mujer con una enfermedad de corazón, se enamora de ella, complicando sus proyectos.
